It’s HERE! Dave in a Speedo!

by cehrke on March 22, 2010

Well folks, the time is here.  Actually the time passed a little while ago, but as it turns out, the punishment was more motivating than we thought and there was an ever so slight delay in the posting of the picture.

Without further ado, and since you already looked first anyway, here’s the official SPEEDO PICTURE!

Note: For the protection of the Internet, this picture will only be posted for 48 hours….

(picture removed to end embarrassment….)

We have a winner!

by Dave on March 4, 2010

Sorry for the delay. I know thousands of people (more like <100) are waiting anxiously for the results of our ground-breaking Lose Weight For Haiti fundraiser and weight loss competition.  So without any further ado, I present to our winner:  Dan Sullivan.  The final numbers are as follows:  Dan went from 202.6 lbs to 189.6 lbs.  He lost 13 lbs which represents approximately a 6.3% reduction.  David Brooks went from 186.8 lbs to 176.6 lbs.  He lost 10 lbs which represents approximately a 5.3% reduction. That means that David will have to wear the infamous speedo for a brief photo shoot and post a picture to our Facebook page.  Preparations for the photo shoot are in the works.  Stay tuned…

The 6 stages of Weight loss motivation

February 19, 2010 Dan

According to my non-scientific experience as guinea pig in this project, I’ve experienced a few stages of weight loss motivation.
