Deb 17, 2010.  Weigh-in for David: 181 lbs even and 22.5% bodyfat.  I’ve lost almost 6 lbs.  According to our calculations, that puts this competition at a statistical dead-heat – remember, the winner is the person who loses the greatest total percentage of weight.  Time to get serious.

Feb 16, 2009:  I weighed-in at a svelte 181.2 lbs and 22.5% bodyfat.  I am officially tired of the vegetable soup I’ve been eating for 3 full days.  I have lost 5.6 lbs in 15 days.  It will be interesting to see where Dan is at when he weighs-in tomorrow after a short vacation.

Day 10 weigh-in:  182 lbs and 21.5% body fat.  That means I have lost almost 5 lbs.  So I am averaging about .5/day.  Pretty good.  I am starting to miss certain foods, especially mexican food.  I made pasta for my kids lastnight and man did it look good.
